How to reset Blackberry Bold 9000

step 1:
signin at option menu on your BB Bold 9000
step 2:
choose this menu :
Option --> Security Options --> General Settings --> then press --> Wipe Handhled
and type "blackberry"
step 3:
wait a few minutes and your Blackberry will restart itself.
